Baltimore got $1.8B in assistance. Where did those funds go?
Alaska was in the news recently for a $1B deficit and is cutting scholarships to honor students. At one time, Alaska got more subsidies, per capita, than any State in the Union.
Flint, MI couldn't repair its aging water pipes.
Where is all the money going? That's what we should be addressing.
