Actually, Mueller's report cited the Steele Dossier in footnotes, his investigators interviewed Steele and they attempted to confirm the various claims from his narrative during their 'investigation'. Mueller's dossier specifically stated that they failed to confirm Steele's claims.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
