race.

Here are the ground rules:

1. Every white person has privilege and is a racist.
2. Every colored person is a victim of white racism and oppression.
2a. Colored people cannot be racists.
3. White people who admit they have privilege and are racist are still racist, but those are people that we can work with.
4. A color blind society is not the goal. A hyper sensitive and racially woke society is needed to right the wrongs of 400 years of oppression.
5. Any error, crime or stupid act by a colored person must be ignored, as it is not their fault. Pointing out a stupid act or statement by a colored person is racist, as we have seen with the discussion of baltimore being infested with crime and vermin. And any horrific act by a colored person in no way represents the acts, thought or motives of other colored people.

For example, if we were to find for example that about 1/4 of 13% of the population committed over 50% of the violent crime in this country, that is not a valid or legitimate statistic. It is not to be discussed, ever.
Similarly, if it were to be discovered that a cult of kamal-jockey, diaper headed, 7th century savages was leading a worldwide anti western terrorist campaign, that is not to be discussed. And that information should in no way influence or contribute to a decent person's understanding and compassion for that cult.

6. Any nefarious, mean, evil, racist or criminal act by a white person does in fact represent each and every white person on the planet. Each white person must apologize in a manner similar to what Master Beto O'rourke has done repeatedly. For example, the oklahoma city bommbing now nearly 25 years ago, can rightfully and righteously be used as an offset to terrorist acts by the cult. Even though there was no real organization behind the OKC attack and none has followed it, it is the equal and more, of all the combined acts of terrorism by the cult and any future terrorist acts yet unhitched by the cult.
7. Lower standards for colored people must not only be allowed but hailed by everyone to show how woke they are and how they regret the past racist actions of similarly melanin-ed people around the world. The lower standards should not be viewed as patronizing or an embarrassment or condescending to colored people but as retribution and a deserved apology from their racist oppressors.
8. Colored people should not be ashamed of lower standards for their behavior their GPA or their work performance. They deserve the pass on criminality, their admission to Yale and the promotion at work because of the institutional and systemic racism that has existed in this nation since its inception.

These are the rules, now we can talk.

Oh, and the rules are subject to change. You will be informed after the fact if you break any of the rules that were changed without your approval or knowledge. The punishment for those transgressions will be at the discretion of woke white liberals and colored people.
