That's obstruction of justice. Mueller stayed on because people Trump ordered to do something had the sense to restrain. If you ask a person to kill someone, and they don't, that's a crime. Same thing. Got it, yet? If Obama did that, tell me you wouldn't be screaming at the sky impeach him.
