To me, it just seems too obvious of something to review, to completely ignore. Give it to strzok, page, tell them to do the hillary email type investigation, where you work hard to not find any evidence.

That way if questioned, you can at least say you looked into it. (leaving out the part about leaving both eyes firmly shut when you did).

No, they didn't even bother to do that much.
