What a shortsighted saying.
Experience is making tons of mistakes. And learning from them enough to survive in whatever it is you're gaining experience at.
Experience is where talent is molded into success.
Talent + Experience = very much paying the bills.
Does she think anyone at the "tippy top" that she wants to tax 70% to ACTUALLY PAY THE BILLS doesn't have experience?
