A dedicated career public servant.
A man phony enough to put his name on something he knew was a sham.
A man willing to be used for what he thought was the "greater good".
A man who figured like all the socialists did, that he would win. That trump would lose and that all the corruption in his "investigation" would be glossed over and he would be a hero in the history books.
