Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and Attorney General William Barr will not face prosecution for their failure to comply with subpoenas from the House Oversight and Reform Committee, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said in a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. Rosen said the Department of Justice has a practice of not prosecuting officials who refuse to provide information that is subject to executive privilege.
