Does making a racist statement in anger mean someone is racist? I don’t necessary believe so. Being a racist means you hold beliefs about the inherent inferiority of a race based solely on the element of their race. Very hard to gauge based on a statement made out of anger.

This person is rude, ignorant and lacks self control.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
