the folks in Venezuela could take a few notes about how to protest and put on political pressure, but then again, a few of them might have to sacrifice themselves in the process.

How hard is it to take funds, hire some folks, and rebuild houses? Hell, it's not like you have to build McMansions for most of those folks. 2x4's and some tin would rebuild a lot of them.
