Nobody is going to charge him after he leaves office and if Democrats aren't going to impeach him - he's 100% cleared.
Multiple Democrats have already declared repeatedly that this entire process has been beneficial for Trump by reinforcing his talking points. Impeachment is the only thing that will negate that and the party leadership refuses to go that route.
If you recall, Democrats dreamed of charging Bush after he left office - zip.
