My guess is the same as the Fox newspeople suggested during the break, that this was a staff driven report.
I agree. I think Mueller was a figurehead. A wonderful, non-partisan, straight down the middle, wonderful, patriotic, intelligent… Republican. Above reproach unquestionable integrity. Who had very little to do with the actual investigation or the report.
This was done by his minions. That horde of Trump hating investigators, Lawyers and fat Hillary Clinton supporters. They are the ones who conducted this investigation and wrote this report.
