Hey, thanks for asking my opinion. I think the criteria should have something to do with adding value to the board. Value can come in different forms (thought provoking, comedy, etc) and can be intended or unintended. So I can see a case for what some might consider worst posters winning. I'm sure you'll make a great decision.
