slight reduction in govt much less an elimination of it. R v. D is about winning govt. power from the other side, and once that power is won the R's or the D's don't waste opportunities to capitalize on and grow that power.

So, R v. D will play no role in the elimination of govt. It will only increase the size of govt., save an ultimate collapse.

Reductions in govt. will come from people rejecting these stupid R v. D games and realizing that it is one big sham.
