CBS never made the case that these tweets were actually racist it simply stated that they were.

Anyone here care to try? She asked when hijabs became a fashion choice and stated some simple statistics. How were either of those racist?

Is the definition of racist any statement or question about a minority that does not paint them in an absolutely positive light?
