And they've always worked together via connections, payoffs and ripoffs to perpetuate monopolies of theft/force. If Gov't softens gambling laws, the mob moves to drugs.

If you removed all this, I suspect there would still be thugs banding together trying to steal your cash. I'm not sure how much the mob makes in ths system currently, but it's probably a ****load; and the Gov't is stealing 3.5 trillion a year.
