drug offenses only roughly 16% are in state prisons for drug offenses.
while I agree with you that drug laws are draconian. I am for the legalization of all drugs most violent crimes are prosecuted at the state level.
and this argument has zero bearing on an individual with 63 other charges. his situation is an indictment on the bail system used by the courts and the probation and parole systems.
