Tell the president of your company what a terrible company he leads. What a bad job he is doing.
Get a bunch of other helpful employees to go to the executive offices and tell them how they are messing everything up.
Berate them constantly and if you ever have subordinates, which is difficult to imagine, tell them they suck. All the time. They’re shltty. Just awful.
That makes them better.
And be sure if you get a chance to coach a kids’ team, tell them and they’re terrible. All the time. In every way. In every facet of a game. Probably soccer in your case.
