How about video evidence of Mixon punching a girl to the ground? Is that good enough? Surely you realize that just because you aren't convicted of something doesn't mean you didn't do it. Sometimes cases aren't prosecuted because police screw up the investigation. Often charges are reduced by a plea dea. It was not concluded that OJ Simpson didn't kill two people. A jury, for whatever reason, decided that the DA's office didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it.
