Do you think walking on the moon is a big deal?

I don't really care that a handful of guys have walked on the moon. Certainly not enough to continually be taxed to pay for their salaries and equipment.

A great scientific advancement for human civilization, for science?

It's not really a scientific advancement. Maybe the result of scientific advancements? The result of taking billions of dollars from taxpayers and funneling it toward one fairly meaningless goal.


I thought you guys were big on science...

I am big on science, and low on socialism.
