prove anything to me. So, there's low cloud cover. So what? Is it more than previously? If so, was it studied, for a reason? Never mentioned there. Relative humidity was mentioned as correlative with cloud cover. If that has changed, why? Was it studied? Can't tell from that paper.

So far I'm not impressed. Gimme something to make a rational decision on. And if I missed it there, tell me where.
