of your building with a beautifully painted sign saying HELP US, the government should NOT GET THEM down until they know where they will go, where they will sleep, what is there to eat and if they have enough clothes to wear?

Is that about it.

If a flood is coming. Leave. Go someplace dry.

If you had the keys to a school bus and there were people near by who homes were being flooded and their lives were in danger....and you knew virtually nothing of the town you were in but knew for sure that water was coming from OVER THERE...would you sit there with the keys in your hand because you didn't know where to go to safety?
