It is racist because, either:
1. It is destructive, vile, brought on by global warming, and will ruin the lives of black people ... and in New Orleans of all places. Or,
2. Because a tropical storm is not as big and powerful as a hurricane. They should have saved the name Barry for a more powerful category five, or category 230 hurricane. Something more manly. Or maybe they’re waiting for the more manly hurricane to be named Michelle. Or queen largebottom.
Obviously, naming of a tropical storm after the former president is an attempt to portray him as weak.
Either way, it’s terribly racist.
