It would be important had the SC made any allegations. The fact is that he didn't. His team proposed several items that failed to include elements of a crime, then they said they were unable to make a determination. Mueller can't walk that back. Additionally, Mueller is prevented from describing any facts not already listed in his dossier.

To say that Barr and Trump desire Mueller to testify publicly is an understatement. Mueller risks criminal liability if he strays from his published dossier.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
