In his 5th year, we were 7-5. That's with HIS players, and having been a head coach for 15 years.
Odom has improved the team's record every year, coming in as a brand new head coach. Can we please give him some credit here? We absolutely don't know what his ceiling is yet, but we didn't know what Pinkel's might be until at the very least his year 7 at Mizzou. Odom has done better than Pinkel early on, and don't forget, Pinkel was 5-7 his last year.
Odom's recruiting has been solid and consistent. We've already seen signs he can identify hidden talent and develop it. Let's see what his team does this year.
