That the guy in the car forged 2 checks in other people's names and sent his partner into the store to cash them?

A criminal act was being committed and a participant in that act killed a person in the commission of the crime.

In Missouri, and 44 other states, that's good enough to qualify under the felony murder rule.

I'm good with it and wouldn't lose any sleep.

Why don't you and TigerMatt go to court for this poor guy and argue how he shouldn't be held accountable instead of p*ssing all over yourselves on Tigerboard?
