those he thinks are his enemies, he needs to be locked up. If all he’s doing is sticking his hand in his shirt and wearing a funny hat, he’s probably not a danger to anyone.
If the guy who thinks he’s Ella Fitzgerald shows little children his pecker and tells them how women can have peckers too, he should be locked up. If all he does is stay in his home and sing the jazz, hes nit a danger to anyone.
If a harmless little quirk doesn’t bother anyone and it doesn’t prevent the nut bag from being self-sufficient, he can be left alone. But when he feels the need to conquer other nations, or abuse little children, society needs to be protected from his insanity.
