has been the subject of a lot of dispute. So while we may think it was in international space, they don't necessarily agree. We chose to send it there, they shot it down. And guess what? We'd likely do the same. I'm not saying they were right to do so, but there's a lot of "do as I say, not as I do" in US foreign policy.
