trying to avoid discussing the power that these private owners would actually have in influencing social coordination.

"Odd word choice" "False premise". I address all of these items then you accuse me of avoiding my main point, which is this:

That's an awful lot of power to put in the hands of a private corporation, and introduces a ton of trust issues and lack of transparency, not unlike current government control.
