They still live in a bubble and refuse to acknowledge that the college football landscape has changed. Very similar to the Nubs, but they still kind of have a national following due to the Catholic cult thing. The Nubs only have that god forsaken state. Their schedule has been a joke for a decade plus and they still can't win the big game. They struggle with teams that are average to above average and get destroyed by the elites.
