It was interesting to see a very recent photo on the Mizzou basketball twitter feed showing many of the team members from a father-son basketball camp. Mitchell Smith appeared slightly shorter (1/4-1/2 inch?) than Parker Braun, and both at least an inch shorter than Tilman. Jackson was farther away in the image, but appeared shorter than any of the other three. Kobe Brown is at the opposite end of the photo from Jackson, but Brown and Jackson looked comparable in height based on the line of bleachers behind them. Brown is right next to Tillman, appearing to be at least 2 inches shorter, but it's hard to tell for sure because Brown had more hair sticking up.
Wide angle photos can be a little deceiving based on position with the photo, and obviously one or more guys could have been slouching, but I was surprised to see Braun looking just a bit taller than Mitchell Smith standing right next to him. I also thought Jackson looked a little shorter than he has been reported (some
Of course in the end, an inch or two of height difference doesn't matter as much as vertical leap, overall athletic ability, and basketball skill, but given the frequent inaccuracies in reporting of player heights, it's always interesting to see the side by side photos.
Scroll down to about the 8th photo in the twitter feed for the image I'm referring to.
