the exact same position. When they invest so much; and a player does a hat dance on them at the end and chooses another program; that's it. Staffs are far too busy to go back. We take transfers, but look closely at them and you'll see they're not ones we recruited aggressively. They usually have ties to our players or coaching hires. I heard the comment from a staff member using much less colorful language. Doesn't make it true; but knowing Odom's linebacker mentality I didn't doubt it for a moment.
