never took one step to becoming a citizen.
She is a heavy smoker and alcoholic and has frequent trips to the hospital with several stays. Never gets a bill.
By comparison, this cousin's mother just died while spending the winter in Florida. Good insurance as my uncle is retired from GM. He got the bill showing what the cost was plus what his share was after insurance. He was not happy that his son's live-in gets all her hospital stays for free and at taxpayer expense.
