Turns out the parameters within which a special counsel operates and those of the House are different.

This is reminiscent of that woman who was at the Amash town hall who sd she was very surprised by what she learned there. She said she had not heard Trump had done ANYTHING wrong at all and added that she only pays attention to conservative media.
