50% plus of the homicides in particular, and a disproportionate share of violent crime in general, it bears discussion and lots of it. their offending rate is 7 times higher than whites (which includes Hispanics) and their victimization rate is 6x higher.
and btw, this is of KNOWN offenders. If you were to add in the "unknown offenders", at the same rate, the homicide offender rates for blacks would actually be well over the known 52%.
lost in your post is that when "blacks behave badly" (your words) the victim is likely to be black as well.
