especially in this instance where Trump was obviously frustrated by an investigation that was initiated on a hoax. I would think a true libertarian (such as Amash, Nap, etc.) would be more concerned about the origins of an investigation being legal which could better describe the mindset of the person (group) being investigated. Also, Mueller's team charged nobody with obstruction which is telling to the case they had (or really didn't have) on Trump.
