and the "Liberals" came and "changed them".

Reagan was very popular at times. He was credited with alot. The booming economy he claimed as a result of tax cuts were in fact a result of huge defense spending. I was in Boston - I lived through that economy - it was spectacular. His rep has suffered over time. Poster suggested RR's rep has improved. I don't think so.
