My comments were drawn from the OP, that if they were true and AOC claims housing to be a "right" then she might fall into the category of a true believer in social revolution. The connection I made to Jesus was that they original movement around him that was called "The Way" was one in which one gave all one's possessions to the group, to the movement as it were. That movement lasted until near the end of the first century or at least we know there were none known Christians until after that period, that following the death of Jesus, his brother James took over leadership of the group along w/ the apostle Peter.
