No, Mueller was an investigator. THE point was to determine whether Russians interfered. Trump when this started denied it all the time ferociously. Well the second charge to Mueller was whether Trump played ball with that hostile foreign power's effort to fck with America. There is evidence Trump did play ball. AND there is clear evidence of obstruction.

Trump comes out of this very badly. VERY badly.
