he is "presumed" innocent. It's the State's burden to prove otherwise. But an investigation which doesn't meet that burden doesn't equate to actual innocence, it just equates to a continued presumption that he is innocent. Maybe I'm splitting the hair too fine. I don't presume that he's guilty either.
