Apparently he was fairly involved in spy gate from the inception according to a WAPO article (mentioned by Hannity tonight) and Rice's CYA memo her last day indicated he attended the briefing with Obama on the Russian investigation. The one in which Rice wrote that Obama repeatedly said do this "by the book" but maybe don't share it with the new administration.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
