The investigations were based around the following:

-Fast and Furious = DOJ cover-up for selling weapons to the cartel, Holder held in contempt for refusing to turn over documents.

-Solyndra = awful use of tax payer money

-Benghazi = covered already in this thread

-IRS targeting = it was found they DID target conservative groups and had to pay out in the case.

So ... how did none of these warrant investigations?
