I'm specifically referring to his reference that Barr mislead people. Barr stated 1). No collusion/conspiracy and 2). Mueller punted on obstruction. That is exactly what Mueller said in his report.

In terms of obstruction, the other GOP members who have read the less redacted report (Amash has not) do not agree with Amash.
