or, I guess, in this case, hide behind executive privilege or constitutional immunity (which I question).
It would seem to violate the separation of powers if the executive branch is just able to declare themselves off-limits to oversight. Of course, all those strict constitutionalists when it comes to gun control will yeehaw about this interpretation of it.
