Yes I know in today's combat zones might be hard to tell, but to be tried and convicted removes enough doubt for me. And if we got the fck out of many of those areas of engagement . . . well then.
W had NO business getting us into Iraq or Afghan and we're still there today. Just beyond all reason. Most president in the last 35-40 years have screwed up a thing or two, all but Carter.
That is another issue from pardoning war criminals.
