In Ras land, if you pay money, and the govt not only gives all of your money back plus some, you still pay taxes.

and you've been shown this repeatedly, so go look it up yourself.

The fraud's simple. You claim non existent kids in your home country, which the ORS can't verify. Collect the refund, be gone in 3 yrs before IRS even starts thinking about a fraud check.

Costs about 60 billion a year.
