It's always about using that rare, horrid , isolated case to excuse the other 99.9% of abortion on demand, any time, anywhere.
Personally, we save 3rd trimester babies routinely.
That gives 6 months for a decision to be made. even if you don't realize it for 2 months, that's still 120 days.
If you go past 2nd trimester, it's a viable baby that feels pain, not a clump of cells with no feelings like the pro abortion crowd demands we all pretend it is.
