You make the false assumption that because you believe you have not seen proof of a matter, it cannot be.

You also fail to understand what all qualifies as evidence.

Verbal eyewitness testimony is evidence.

Written eyewitness testimony is evidence.

Evidence of design is evidence of a designer.

Deathbed statements and excited utterances can be admissible hearsay.

You exclude evidence in your mind which is routinely accepted as evidence all across the United States.

Moreover, you do not get to define what is or is not evidence. You can give evidence too much or too little weight, but that doesn't keep it from being evidence.
