All fifty states include provisions for state-funded primary and secondary education. If you do not like that then hit the bricks and get it changed. Every state also has provisions to change the constitution if you can get enough like-minded people to agree with you.
Until that happens state-funded, the emphasis on state, is the law of the land. I was discussing the fact that candidates for our highest federal office are talking about platforms that would take over post-secondary education. That is without a doubt a socialistic move and one that would destroy state and private colleges and universities.
Educate yourself before making any more stupid statements.
