I saw it on here earlier but I think Varys is either going to end up poisoning Danerys or an attempt on her life is going to be snuffed out and she's going to go on another killing spree.
The first scene of the episode one of his little birds mentioned that Dany wasn't eating to Varys and he says, "we'll try again later."
Right before Grey Worm comes in to capture Varys and take him to his death, Varys takes off his ring and puts it into an empty bowl. Might be a signal. We'll see.
